JCS Operations Assessment Services:

The JCS team will conduct an independent, objective assessment of the mission critical areas of your operations including:

One method we employ is the SWOT analysis. With this project we asses your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, both internal and external to the organization. This information can then be used to develop strategic and/or departmental plans, implement JCAHO Psychiatric Core Measures, create performance metrics and help you manage change in a more proactive way.

JCS also offers a Operations Analysis of your operations to help identify problem areas, such as cumbersome information flow, redundancy or other information management obstacles that compromise your productivity and quality. Our detailed analysis identifies areas that require improvement which can be used to streamline workflow and documents. The forthcoming information can also be used for a variety of other purposes, such as creating specifications for a new computer system, developing a Risk Management Plan, creating job descriptions or simply updating your documentation.
